About Three Peaks

Three Peaks is close to everything!

Three Peaks is an 1870s Victorian house. As a bed and breakfast, Three Peaks offers its guests a choice of accommodations to complement their visit to Provincetown.

Located in the East End, art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment are all within a few minutes’ walk. Town beaches are a short block away, while easily driven or bicycled to are the National Seashore beaches of Herring Cove and Race Point. The Provincetown Tennis Club is nearby, providing both clay and hard court surfaces. In season, the town “Flex” bus provides an easy means of transportation to all areas, stopping just a few feet from our front door.

Provincetown is quickly becoming a year-round experience, and is often regarded as best in the “off-season”. Three Peaks is open year-round and offers off-season as well as special weekend rates. All accommodations feature private baths, color/cable televisions, refrigerators, and either ceiling fans or in-season air-conditioning. A continental breakfast is served each morning in your room. In season, our deck provides an alternative to the beach, and in the late afternoon sun is a wonderful place to read or just relax. Park your car in our private lot.

Victorian Atmosphere

The Victorian atmosphere is set as you step onto the expansive front porch and relax in gentle upholstered wicker rockers, and overlook the front lawn, flower-lined walkway and surrounding gardens. Slowly rotating ceiling fans combine with seasonal breezes to gently billow luxurious floor-to-ceiling draperies that lend a Gatsby-like enclosure to the porch and provide a framework from which to view birds fluttering between multiple dwellings built especially for them.

There are always hanging baskets of flowers and lush plants on the porch to add to the restorative atmosphere. At any time of day or evening guests can settle down with a good book and their favorite beverage.

Enter through original double doors and you will find the wide, high-ceilinged main foyer and open staircase to the second floor. To the left is the Parlor with its bay windows open to that special Cape Cod light and fresh sea breezes.

A fireplace provides just the right warmth and ambiance to take the chill of cooler days or evenings in the mid- and off-seasons.
